Brace yourself for this review!
A delightful stay in a spacious room with a stunning view of the Abbey, just a short walk to the center. The check-in process was seamless, and local recommendations were a bonus. Enjoyed good shower pressure and a cozy bed—a perfect retreat after exploring! On-site parking was a major plus!

I enjoyed the lovely views from my room, especially of the Abbey and the rugby ground. The Double Room was spacious, featuring a comfy bed and a nice sofa, perfect for relaxing. Clean towels and an adequate supply of tea and coffee made my stay pleasant. getting in and out of the parking was a bit frustrating due to the arrangement of other guests' cars. The bathroom was small, and the water pressure wasn't great. Despite these issues, the charming decor and the short walk into the center of Bath made this a lovely choice for my trip.

Just a nice choice for a lightning stop in Bath with outstanding value for money. We loved that our room provided a beautiful view across playing fields to Bath Abbey. Be aware that parking can be tricky during busy times.

The kitchen area was well-equipped with essentials like salt and pepper, and having a cozy sofa with a dining table made it feel like home rather than a standard hotel room. The decor was a step above what you usually find, giving it a nice luxurious vibe, and it’s only a 10-minute walk to the sights.
The WiFi was a bit hit or miss, which can be a nuisance if you're planning on streaming or working. The bed in the conservatory room sagged in the middle and was quite low, which detracted from comfort during the stay. the shower lacked a strong water pressure—something to consider if you're a fan of a powerful rinse.

Great views of Bath, a welcoming staff member showed us to our room. The ample tea and coffee supplies were a nice touch, and the clean, comfy bed made for a lovely stay near the city center.
The toilet seat was a bit wobbly and could use a fix.
